lichess restarted and opponent's move wasn't reflected

Lichess restarted, and my opponent's move wasn't displayed. Consequently, I lost due to a timeout even though the game indicated it was my opponent's turn until they supposedly ran out of time. Here is the game: lichess.org/MdBL4zfO9lZm
That's precisely what occurred: Lichess restarted, and contrary to what is stated in the FAQ, the game was not aborted, resulting in the loss of my points.

it only draws if there is not enough time on the board else it restarts and adds time to compensate
you must just refresh your browser when the restart timer hits 0 to be safe

well then it was not a restart since lichess warns 15min before and every min till 0
with a big orange block at the bottom left
I noticed an orange block indicating a restart in 9 minutes, and that was it. I continued playing, and at one point, my opponent didn't make a move during their turn and timed out. Their timer ran out, but the game didn't end. After the restart, I was surprised to see that it was actually me who lost due to a timeout. Lol.
I understand that Lichess is free, and we're all grateful for that, but it's also okay to acknowledge that there are bugs.
Exact same thing happened to me just now. It was my opponent's turn to move, but his clock counted down to zero. I should have won, but nothing happened. So I refreshed the screen, and surprise surprise, it was I was lost due to time-out. Bug bug bug bug.
